1. introduction/beginne

2. advanced beginners - no pickleball background, but have racquet sports experience

3. intermediate - have played awhile, but are looking to develop certain areas - can focus on specific skills, techniques, tactics based on needs/interests

                               Pickleball 101

• I offer 90 min session and willing to work with all levels of players who feel my experience and knowledge can be of assistance.

• I prefer to work in small groups being a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 players.

• The cost of these sessions is $15 per person.

• Prior to each session I start with a questionnaire to be completed by each individual player which provides me direction on what they hope to gain from my session.

• At the beginning of each session, I will complete a short player evaluation and then focus on the skills that need improvement.

• We will focus on technics of the forehand, backhand, 3rd shot drop, dinking, punch shot, spins, lob, foot work and court movement.

• The latter part of the sessions will be spent on game play which includes coaching of the various technics worked on as well as game strategy.

• I also offer coaching to pairs who would like to prepare for upcoming tournaments at the same cost.
